Website Client Terms — Summary
A short, plain-language summary of how working with FACHEISA works. The signed agreement and SOW control.
These templates are provided for business use and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before being used as final client agreements. They are not legal advice.
What's included
Exactly what your Statement of Work lists — nothing hidden, nothing assumed. For a standard website that means:
- Up to 5 core pages
- Responsive, mobile-first design
- Lead/contact form
- Call-to-action strategy
- Basic SEO foundation
- Domain connection
- Website deployment
- 2 revision rounds
What's not included
- Additional pages beyond the agreed count
- Advanced functionality, custom integrations, ecommerce or custom applications
- Extensive copywriting
- Professional photography or filming
- Paid advertising management
- Ongoing SEO campaigns
Anything outside your SOW is quoted first and only starts after you approve it.
Payment schedule
- Website Development: Starting at $1000 one-time — 50% deposit before work begins, 50% before final launch/handoff.
- AI Implementation: Starting at $600 one-time — 50% before work begins, 50% upon completion.
- AI Automation Bundle: $300/month, billed monthly in advance.
- Content Growth: $350/month, billed monthly in advance.
- Growth Management: $800/month, billed monthly in advance.
Revisions
Websites include 2 revision rounds. Monthly video work includes 1 revision round per video. A round is one consolidated set of reasonable changes.
What we need from you
- Accurate business information, services and pricing
- Logos, images, videos and content you have the right to use
- Account access where required
- Timely feedback during revision rounds
Domain ownership
Your domain stays yours. If you already have one, we connect it. If you don't, one can be registered for a separately discussed fee, in your name whenever practical.
Additional work
Extra pages, integrations, ecommerce, custom applications or production work are quoted separately and never billed without your written approval.
Cancellation
Monthly services can be cancelled before your next billing date and stay active through the paid period. One-time projects follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
No guaranteed business results
We build and manage the systems professionally. We don't guarantee sales, leads, appointments, rankings, reviews or revenue — and we won't pretend otherwise.
Support
FACHEISA will make commercially reasonable efforts to address service issues promptly during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
