Refund and Cancellation Policy
Plain-language cancellation and refund terms for one-time projects and monthly services.
These templates are provided for business use and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before being used as final client agreements. They are not legal advice.
One-time projects
- Work does not begin until the required deposit is paid.
- If you cancel after work begins, FACHEISA may retain amounts reasonably attributable to completed work, preparation, reserved project time, and non-refundable third-party costs.
- Refunds are not automatically equal to a fixed percentage.
- Any refund is determined according to the signed agreement, the work completed, and applicable law.
- Final deliverables are provided according to the signed agreement and payment terms.
Recurring monthly services
- Monthly services are billed in advance.
- You may cancel before your next billing date unless a different written term applies.
- Service remains available through the current paid period.
- Cancellation stops future recurring billing.
- Unused time from an already-paid monthly period is not automatically refundable unless required by the applicable agreement or law.
Failed or overdue payments
If payment is not received, FACHEISA may pause the affected services after reasonable notice. We will not intentionally destroy your assets because of a payment dispute.

Email Facheisa@gmail.com from the contact address on file, before your next billing date. We will confirm the cancellation in writing.
