AI Automation — Monthly Services Agreement

Parties and purpose

This Statement of Work ("SOW") is entered into between Facheisa LLC ("FACHEISA") and [CLIENT LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] ("Client").

It is governed by the signed FACHEISA Master Service Agreement. If a conflict exists between a general provision of the Master Service Agreement and a signed Statement of Work, the signed Statement of Work controls only with respect to the specific service terms it expressly addresses. The Master Service Agreement continues to govern the general relationship.

What is not included

The following are outside this SOW. They can be added at any time with a written description, a price, and Client approval before work starts.

• Third-party messaging, CRM or telephony usage fees, where applicable
• Paid advertising
• Website redesign work

Price

$300/month

Recurring price and billing frequency are displayed before Client agrees. No charges are made after cancellation becomes effective.

Payment

• Billed monthly in advance
• Client may cancel before the next billing date
• Service remains active through the already-paid billing period
• No additional recurring charge after cancellation becomes effective

Billing and cancellation

• Billed monthly in advance on the same date each month.
• Client may cancel by email before the next billing date.
• Service remains active through the current paid billing period.
• No additional recurring charge is made after cancellation becomes effective.

Third-party usage costs

Messaging, telephony, CRM or review-platform usage fees may be charged by third-party providers. Any material recurring third-party cost Client is responsible for is disclosed before Client agrees to it.

AI limitations

Automated messages are generated from Client-approved information and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Client is responsible for reviewing message content and for compliance with its own customer-communication policies.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, services, pricing and contact details
• Provide logos, images, videos and written content Client has the right to use
• Provide required account access, using delegated access rather than shared passwords where available
• Review deliverables and respond within the agreed revision period

Client delays may extend the estimated timeline.

Additional work

Work outside this SOW is quoted separately and requires written Client approval before it begins. FACHEISA will not perform additional billable work without approval.

No guaranteed results

FACHEISA provides the contracted services professionally and according to this SOW. FACHEISA does not guarantee sales, revenue, leads, appointments, conversions, search rankings, reviews, engagement or other specific business outcomes.

Cancellation

Client may cancel before the next billing date by email. Service remains available through the current paid billing period and no further recurring charge is made. Unused time in an already-paid period is not automatically refunded unless required by the agreement or applicable law.
