AI Implementation — Statement of Work

Parties and purpose

This Statement of Work ("SOW") is entered into between Facheisa LLC ("FACHEISA") and [CLIENT LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] ("Client").

It is governed by the signed FACHEISA Master Service Agreement. If a conflict exists between a general provision of the Master Service Agreement and a signed Statement of Work, the signed Statement of Work controls only with respect to the specific service terms it expressly addresses. The Master Service Agreement continues to govern the general relationship.

AI Implementation — An AI website assistant configured around your business that answers common customer questions, qualifies inquiries, and guides potential customers toward booking or contacting you.

What is included

• AI website assistant setup
• Answers common customer questions 24/7
• Configured using client-approved business information, services and pricing
• Inquiry qualification
• Lead handoff and booking guidance

What is not included

The following are outside this SOW. They can be added at any time with a written description, a price, and Client approval before work starts.

• Custom software development or bespoke model training
• Third-party platform subscription costs, where applicable
• Ongoing management (see AI Automation or Growth Management)

Price

Starting at $600 one-time

The final price for this engagement is confirmed in the accepted Proposal.

Payment

• 50% before work begins
• Remaining 50% upon completion

AI limitations and approval

AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Client reviews and approves the business information, services, pricing and policies used to configure the assistant, and is responsible for keeping that information current.

AI Implementation does not guarantee sales, leads, appointments, revenue, conversions or customer acquisition.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, services, pricing and contact details
• Provide logos, images, videos and written content Client has the right to use
• Provide required account access, using delegated access rather than shared passwords where available
• Review deliverables and respond within the agreed revision period

Additional work

Work outside this SOW is quoted separately and requires written Client approval before it begins. FACHEISA will not perform additional billable work without approval.

No guaranteed results

FACHEISA provides the contracted services professionally and according to this SOW. FACHEISA does not guarantee sales, revenue, leads, appointments, conversions, search rankings, reviews, engagement or other specific business outcomes.

Cancellation

If Client cancels after work has begun, FACHEISA may retain amounts reasonably attributable to work already performed, project preparation, reserved project time, and non-refundable third-party costs, as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
